How is furniture delivered?

Free to your door by a tracked carrier. Delivery times depend on the piece and where it is going, and you receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Do I need to assemble anything?

Most seating only needs the legs attached; tables, storage and beds need simple assembly. Instructions and fittings are included.

Can I return furniture?

Yes — unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us and we arrange the collection details.

How do I care for oiled wood?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry; refresh with a little furniture oil once or twice a year. Avoid standing hot items directly on the surface.

Are sofa covers removable?

Many of our sofas and armchairs have removable covers; each product page says whether they can be washed.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
