Delivery
Free delivery to every EU country.
Every order is delivered from our partners’ warehouses inside the EU by a tracked carrier. Delivery to your door is free, with no minimum order.
Delivery times depend on the piece and where it is going. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
We sell to customers in the 27 EU member states, but not every piece can be delivered to every country. If a piece cannot be delivered to your address, we tell you before it is dispatched and refund it in full.
We do not currently ship outside the EU.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and write to us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it.
